ðŦ Gen-Z Shapes a Sober Future
Dry January, the wellness practice of cutting out alcohol consumption for a month, is officially over. But for many Gen-Zers, theyâre surpassing this temporary habit and considering embracing it as a permanent lifestyle change.
According to an EduBirdie survey referenced in this report by Ebony Magazine, about two-thirds (63%) of Gen-Z are considering giving up alcohol altogether.

From free therapy sessions to youth mentorship programs, these national organizations are filling the mental health care gaps for Black men. Program are transforming outcomes through local programming and mental health awareness.

If you type âwellnessâ within the search bar of your preferred podcast app, youâll be met with a sea of sameness. Bio-hacking thisâĶGLP-1 thatâĶ and many hosts whose look and sound is practically indistinguishable from each other.
Itâs no wonder that many Latinas couldnât find wellness podcasters that not only reflected their cultural experience, but also embraced imperfection and centered joy. âĻ
