  • The ever talented triple threat and meme queen Keke Palmer announced her new business venture, Practice by Palmer, on Instagram. Other than being described as “a wellness space,” there’s still some mystery around what exactly this offering will be. Any guesses? ⁉ïļ

  • A wellness accessories brand that I know and love is hosting a grip sock giveaway for Black wellness professionals over on their social accounts. A little more about them next week 👀
